Rebuilt in 2005, afterHurricane Charley. This nice home has large baths and master bedroom. It hashandicapped-accessible features, such as widened halls and doorways and rails in the bathroom. It meets all modern safety standards, and has large, energy-efficient double-paned windows. The house is very pretty, comfortable and in perfect condition.

Mead Manor is well-settled, upscale and and well- kept.. It is serene and uncrowded, with winding streets, and is high and dry.
The climate is superb, the living is easy and gentle.The home is 30 minutes from Atlantic, 5 miles from a State Forest which has hiking and biking trails, and not far from the famous St. John's River.
The owner passed away recently. The home is available only because of that event. He had lived there since 1971.
