A small pond can be seen in a neighboring yard, while picturesque Lake Charm is only two-blocks away. Many seniors take a daily walk around the lake, while some prefer to stroll the winding streets of the neighborhood. It is a friendly and safe community.

The owner is free to park a boat, RV or other vehicles in the spacious and private back yard.
