Princeton House Charter School Reviews

This was my Granddaughters first year at PHCS. She was in Public School before this. She has learned so much this year and is actually holding conversations that can be understood. We feel very blessed to have found such a wonderful school. The classes are small and teachers honestly care about their students. The best part is my Granddaughter wants to go to school, to me that pretty much says it all

This is my sons 3rd year at Princeton Charter. He has made tremendous strides since starting PHCS. The staff is highly qualified and the student to teacher ratio is small. The director, wonderful teachers and dedicated staff are top notch and truly care about the students. We continue to be impressed with Princeton and feel blessed that our son attends the school.

The best there is anywhere!

At age 3, my son was one of the original members of Princeton House Charter School. I was a scared, frightened Mother when I enrolled him thinking (as the physicians told me) he would never talk or function normally in society. My son is now 15 and still attends Princeton House. He has turned into a remarkable young man. I credit the entire staff for his success and would recommend this school to any parent who is looking for a loving, caring environment to educate your autistic child.

High level of parent involvement.

Hi: We moved from NYC and this is the best school for Autstic children in central Florida.

This is my daughter's thrid year at Princeton House. She has made a lot of progress. In Speech Therapy there is only 2 children with the therapist at one time. In regular public school there are 5 or 6. Lots of parent involvement. There are 10 children in my daughters class, 2 of them are reverse inclusion students. At the last event a luncheon for the staff there were 7 parents from there class. Twenty hours of Community service are reguired, but most of us far surpass that total. Mostly becuase we want to support the staff, the school and its events. If your child is in the Autistic Spectrum I promise you will not find many school like this in the country or the world. There is always a waiting list. Current enrollment is 240.

This school has worked wonders for so many autistic children. Many programs (OT, PT, Speech) and the teachers care about their students.

This school is out of control. The Director is money hungry! The staff is not ESE educated or degreed. I have found smaller class sizes at public school. Not to mention better services!

This school has been a miracle for my son! When he started at age 4, he wasn't talking much and now is getting ready to attend a more 'regular' school. If your child has autism/PDD no matter where they may fall on the 'spectrum' this is the place that can help! Loving, dedicated teachers and therapists!

This is my daughters first year at PHCS and so far it has been a great experience for us and most of all for her. She is a kindergarten student in Pierce's class and she just loves her and Ms. Erica to death. I cant believe how well she is reading in such a short time. I did teach her alot through the summer and she grasped on quickly however she is doing wonderful. I love the way the teachers greet the children every morning at drop off and are there at the end to send them home. My daughter feels safe at this school and most of all happy! Leila says she loves her Teachers! =)

My son is currently a student of Princeton House Charter School and has shown tremendous progress in all stages of functional and developmental learning objectives that the school offers. It was a blessing to find a school such as PHCS. My wife and I are very pleased with the faculty and the learning environment that is continuously displayed for the past three years. PHCS has my total trust and confidence in providing my son the best education possible, despite any circumstances that may arise. I commend the entire staff and would like to thank them all for the wonderful job that they are doing with all of the students. As a military parent, I can perform my duties efficiently without worrying about the status of my child's education. My unit would like to express its gratitude for the Care Packages that the school provided during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The packages definitely had a great impact on numerous Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine troops during the deployment. Another 'Class A' job Princeton House. I am truely fortunate to be a part of and to have my son attend this fine institution. Although the facility is small, the hearts that provide for our children are 'Huge'. GBY!
